Sales, Marketing and Customer Service Careers

The sales functions cover sales, sales management and customer follow-up. Marketing Central defines the products to be developed to meet market needs in the short and medium term. The product managers, whether working in Marketing Central or in an operational division, are the experts for their product line. Operational marketing supports sales (direct sales force and distributors) and runs promotional campaigns.

The customer service departments develop and promote the services offers to customers and distributors. They inform and provide personalized follow-up. Some examples of the services developed to support customers are the hotline, after-sales service and targeted technical operations.

Technical Customer Support Officer

Role:

  • You provide remote technical and biological support on reagents and testers to customer users.
  • You aim to maintain a very high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You may also have to run training courses for customers.

Qualifications:

  • You have a BTS/DUT (2-year higher education diploma) in Biology plus a specialization in biomedical instrumentation. Speaking English is a plus.


Operational Marketing Product Manager

Role:

  • You are in charge of the operational development of a line of reagents or test instruments.
  • You create the selling points and help produce the promotional documents with the Marketing Central Line Manager.
  • You run scientific and technical training actions for the sales force.
  • You build effective relationships with opinion leaders.

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree (Pharmacy or Biology) with experience of marketing in the health field and ideally that of medical diagnosis.
  • You speak English fluently.
